Born in the darkest depths of South East England I showed an interest in some things and completed my education by training to be a chef, a skill that proved especially useful in financing my future travels.
At the age of 23 I started my first winter season in Chatel, France which is when my passion for skiing and travel really took hold. In 2004 I traveled extensively through Russia, Mongolia, China, Cambodia and Thailand, finally arriving in Australia where at last I could get back on the snow for my second full season at Perisher Blue in the Kosciusko National Park. I went straight from Australia to La Plagne France. The winter after I completed my BASI professional snow sport instructing qualification in Morzine.
I worked in Italy instructing school groups in the Aosta Valley. I completed two seasons in the Park City Mountain Resort in Utah. I spent another year living and working in the U.S.A. and once again got the travel bug. This time as part of the Original Mongolist Rally Team we drove 10000 miles to Mongolia from London for some very worthwhile charities. The Mongol Rally was quite an experience.
Since returning to London Ive become completely addicted to Brazilian jiu-jitsu, I train at the Roger Gracie academy and will be posting about my experiences on this lovely blog.
My next challenge is as a graphic communication student at the mighty LCC, London and again will be posting and hoping to get feed back about my work there.
Please leave a comment and check out my blog for the very latest information and images!
Thanks for your time and consideration.
